June 27, 2022: Hello. I would like to subdivide my property parcel to allow building another house on the Western part of the lot. The Western part of lot is a waste of land. Given the rise in property value and the scarcity of available land in Seattle, I believe it makes sense to divide and get permits to build on this subdivided lot. Proper use of retaining walls in the plans will prevent erosion. The appearance of this portion of Beach Drive will be improved by removal of vegetation that is overgrown and an eyesore. Thanks.
