LBA action needed to re-establish underlying lot line and adjusting lot lines to create 3 equal width lots.

ECA Steep slope and wetland mapped on sites. The applicant will apply for Exception Request prior to CN intakes.

Requesting:

- EX number(s) as required. For Exception Request related to Steep slope and Wetland on sites. How many Exception Request will be required? Should this be 1,2, or 3 applications.

- WAC - assuming 3 are required? Please confirm. Intending to reuse existing sewer/storm lines.

- (1) LU number for LBA

- (2) DM numbers to remove 2 existing family houses

- (3) CN numbers for Construction of SFRs and ADUs

On 12014, Demolish existing single family residence and shed. Construct a single SFR+AADU.

EXCEPTIONAL TREE REMOVAL

Since the code does not require the applicant to modify the tree dripline and protection zone for exceptional trees - the applicant is not requesting any encroachment consideration for Tree 1 and 2. Per submitted site plan and calculations, the site cannot achieve the max lot coverage as allowed by code.

Tree 1 and 2 will be required to be removed to accommodate for the new development. Please find enclosed Arborist Report.

On 12018, re-establish two lots. Demolish existing single family residence and garage. Construct a SFR+AADU on each lot.

All SFRs to be garaged.
