911 NE 50TH ST

Aug. 7, 2022: The project site is 21,375 SF, is a split zone NC3-65 and LR2, located at the corner of NE 50th street and Roosevelt Way NE on the western edge of the University District. The site is occupied by a small commercial building that will be demolished.

The proposed 13-story residential development will request a contract rezone with split zoning; the parcels along Roosevelt Way NE, will match adjacent SM-U 75-240(M1) zoning to the east. The parcels along 9th Avenue NE will request LR2(M) zoning consistent with adjacent LR2 to the west.
