We have an existing concrete pad that we want to enclose into an unheated or cooled sunroom. We currently have a current relief from prohibition of development for this area as it was previously graded and turned into a deck/patio. The space will require a roof and two walls of windows/doors will be added, whereas the current exterior walls will remain.
