Sept. 16, 2022: The Club is proposing to modernize the Clubhouse to improve accessibility to the existing facilities under the Americans with Disability Act ("ADA") and provide for an accessible route throughout the Clubhouse and swimming pool area ("Project"). Notably, the Project adds a compliant accessible route to the Fourth Floor, which currently lacks a path of travel for individuals with mobility disabilities.
