Dec. 24, 2022: SPU proposes to install approximately 287 linear feet of 7-foot-tall, picket-style, black, galvanized steel fencing. The fence will include a swing gate across the vehicle access drive. Portions of the fence are on a steep slope, in a steep slope buffer, and cantilevered a short distance over Lake Washington waterward of the OHWM. The fence is necessary to provide safe access to SPU crews and personnel for maintenance, and to prevent additional unauthorized alterations of the property.
