10005 RAINIER AVE S

Feb. 25, 2023: SPU plans to deconstruct a 4-unit apartment located at 10005 Rainier Ave S. The tenants have been relocated and the apartment has been vacant as of 10/9/2022. After the building is deconstructed, SPU plans to temporarily use the property as a gravel parking lot since this is adjacent a park and a restaurant. SPU plans to install signage with future Taylor Creek Restoration Project information, as well as some temporary art by local artists. The lot could be used as a parking lot for up to 2 years.
