April 28, 2023: Shoreline Substantial Development application to install 15 micro piles and below grade concrete base to support 2, 6 ft. and 2, 4 ft. 8" diameter stone columns (Ballast Island Monument). The monument is to serve as a commemorative public marker regarding the history of Native Americans at Ballast Island. Environmental documents prepared by Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
