Convert (e) garage on Lot 1 to accessory dwelling unit and attach to (e) single-family residence with 5'-3" wide breezeway.
Construct (n) single-family residence with attached garage and attached ADU on Lot 2.
Construct (n) detached ADU on each lot.
Establish use and occupy, per plans.
