Gypsum to Gypsum (GTG) is a recycling company located at 816 S Kenyon St. Seattle, WA 98108. Our company is the only processing company for recycled gypsum in the state of Washington and plays a critical role in keeping drywall from ending up in King County landfills according to the landfill ban policy in King County. The site we are operating on has a shoreline overlay that allows recycling however has a water dependence aspect it. However, the waterway is unnavigable because the Army Corps of Engineers has not up kept that area where the dock is located. We are applying for a master use permit with a variance to permit the site to continued to be used for industrial recycling activities but allows us to do so without the need for water dependence.
