1747 W ARMORY WAY

Sept. 1, 2023: The subject property (parcel #2325039017) contains a portion of condemned ROW (17th Avenue W) that crosses between W Armory Way and the Armory. The intent is for the parcel to be developed in the future, but would first need to resolve this remnant of condemned right-of-way while also providing access to the Armory Development from W Armory Way. It is our understanding that this would not require a ROW vacation as the ROW has been condemned, but we have not been able to receive clear direction on the process that would be needed to address these issues. Our intent is to provide a strip of ROW for Armory access, while allowing the previously condemned ROW to be utilized. We would like to have a meeting with the appropriate City personnel to determine what is needed to accomplish these goals in order to allow for future development of the parcel.
