I entered the following information on Marcy 19 and haven't received a response. Can you help? Royce Morrison 206-799-7386
With real estate attorney assistance, we have reached a signed agreement with a neighbor to adjust a boundary line. The surveyed adjusted lot boundary will conform to the base of a rockery built in 1925. It is not straight, and the line will be described by a series of several straight line segments with all points described by the surveyor. The adjusted line will not come within 5 feet of either house, and the houses will remain at least 10 feet apart.
The boundary to be adjusted runs through the SW and NW corners of our lot, and the NE and SE corners of the adjacent lot, and both of those areas are designated steep slope Environmentally Critical Areas (with no qualification except being steep - i.e., no history or stated risk of landslide).
Reading online, we see that a necessary Project Number will be given after a Preliminary Application Form is submitted. By telephone today, we learned that the PAF is no longer used, and all applications are done online. Please tell us how to proceed.
We saw on the old PAF form that max size of the site plan with PAF would be 11x17. From reading Tip 213B, we believe that the formal application may require an 18x24 survey map. Which should we ask the surveyor to provide, and in what format?
Thank you!
