We are requesting to fully demolish the existing 1,800 sf single-family structure to provide vehicular access and temporary parking as an accessory use of the adjacent Mazda showroom. The intent for the parking is temporary parking for service write-ups, and drop-off / pick-up of serviced vehicles. Service of vehicles will occur off-site at other locations.
If the above proposal is not an allowed use:
Would a rezone from the current zone: NR3 (Neighborhood Residential), to C1 (Commercial) or NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to provide the proposed vehicular access and parking area.
