This building was originally constructed by Childhaven, a school dedicated to nurturing young minds. The property is currently zoned as MR(M), which imposes certain restrictions on signage, particularly limiting them to a maximum height of 15 feet. However, with CPM's vision for the building, the team is keen to explore the possibility of obtaining a zoning variance that would enable the installation of a distinctive wall sign on the south-facing upper story of this impressive 5-story structure.
