Dec. 8, 2023: This project will replace an existing 2nd floor deck with a new deck approximately 5' 10" x 21', and add a 3rd floor deck approximately 5' 10" x 15' 8". New 3' 6" wide stairs will be added from the existing 1st floor deck to the new 2nd floor deck, and from the 2nd floor deck to the new 3rd floor deck. A 3' 6" x approximately 4' landing will be provided at the top and bottom of each staircase. All decks and stairs will have a wood railing 36" high and the stairs will also have 1 1/2" round grab rails installed at 36" with returns at both ends. 2 existing windows (1 ea. on the 2nd and 3rd floors) will be replace with doors of the same width. Deck surface will be an applied waterproof coating (Gaco deck or similar)
