Establish use for the record as a 5-unit apartment building. The current owner of this property purchased it in 1975 as a 5-unit apartment building. The building was built in 1958 and has been in continuous use as a 5-unit building since at least 1964.
The current owner is ready to sell the property and is in contract with a buyer to close before year-end 2023. However, the buyer would like a rebuild letter stating that the building could be rebuilt as a 5-unit building should disaster strike.
Per City Tip 217, we are including documentation to show that the building has been in continuous use with 5-units since at least 1964.
