We are proposing a 144,441 gsf building on a 57,681 sf site within the new II U/85 zone. The building will have 41,390 sf of parking at grade with approx. 103,141 gsf of uses above it. Uses include: 25,000 gsf of hotel consisting of 22 Club Suites; 75,000 gsf of Pickleball courts (19 total) and associated spaces such as lockerrooms, front desk, pro shop, etc; 3,000 gsf of restaurant in various forms; 3,000 gsf of drinking establishment in various forms.
There will be 194 parking stalls of which 138 will be on-site and the remaining 65 will be located on our 2410 W. Armory Way site.
