April 20, 2024: I have a retaining wall in the backyard that needs to be redone(received a notice of violation from city). It's on an ECA. The hill/slope has some signs of erosion and the easement down below/trail where it is for community use may be in danger. I already have a geotech engineer come onsite and he had recommendations but need a permit from SDCI to proceed. I am also applying for paid coaching.
In addition, I received a violation notice pertaining to the repair I did on my deck. I need to address both issues with SDCI to be in compliance.
