Aug. 16, 2024: New Hookah bar (New owner) to exact conditions, which were approved in 2012 per the attached plans.
Some items at that time were not done and the final inspection and occupancy permit were never realized.
So now we are looking for the fastest and simplest way to do finish all items on the approved plan and get the business running.
We want advice on steps to take to achieve that.
