Sept. 9, 2024: The scope of this project is to combine 3 existing sites along 3rd Avenue between Union and Pike Streets to build two towers totaling approximately
845,000 gsf of mixed-use development. The southern tower is a 37-story residential structure over the Mann building (Wild Ginger) and includes retail and associated amenities. The northern tower is envisioned as 29 residential floors over 6 stories of hotel, ground level retail. There will be a parking structure of approximately 5 levels below grade under the entire block.
