Sept. 12, 2024: ***Full plan review required*** Expanded elevated platform (referred to as Mezzanine on figures) (30 x 84 ft, or 2520 sq ft) and new electrical building (22 x 38 ft, or 836 sq ft) are proposed at 705 Area of WPTP. Demolition will be limited to the east side of the existing Grit Building platform (referred to as Mezzanine on figures) (approx. 400 sq ft) and surface areas beneath existing platform (approx. 2700 sq ft). Disturbed surfaces will be restored. Stormwater from the new structure to be directed to existing collection system. New electrical building and elevated platform will be used for installation of mechanical equipment.
