Oct. 4, 2024: Install enclosed outdoor generator with concrete pad, remove portions of retaining wall, planter areas, and benches, and install security fencing with an actuated gate to access the site (approximately 8 feet tall). Outdoor generator will have 3-foot access clearance all around, will be anchored to concrete pad or slab, with sound attenuation wall on three sides and surrounded by security fencing (chain link, with barb wire on top). Existing on-site parking will remain with additional parking provided with planter removal. One tree will be removed. Removal of the planter areas will result in the addition of ~950 SF of impervious surface.
