Oct. 4, 2024: Install outdoor generator and concrete pad. Outdoor generator will have minimum 3-foot access clearance all around (with gates open on one side), will be anchored to a concrete pad installed on a new concrete slab area (140 SF; no net change in impervious surfaces). The generator slab will be surrounded by a security fence (chain-link with barbed wire) and include a sound attenuation wall on three sides. Existing fencing surrounding the parcel will be replaced (chain link, with barb wire on top). Existing on-site parking will remain but be reduced to one space with a new entry gate relocated slightly south. Minor grading will be done at the relocated entry drive with a small amount of pavement (30 SF) installed. Plans are to establish a temporary construction staging area (1,523 SF) to the east of the station parcel on Nucor property.
