Excavate, load and dispose of petroleum contaminated soil (PCS) to certified facility. Assumes up to 670 tons. Provide and place controlled density fill for work under existing foundations. Import, place and compact type 17 gravel borrow material (up to 900 tons). Import, place and compact crushed rock for new concrete subgrade (for driveways). Import place and grade 3-way topsoil. Assumes up to 50 CY. Concrete hardscape restoration for driveways. Purchase and construct redi-rock retaining walls. Purchase and install infiltration galleries noted on plans.
