Oct. 20, 2024: I am requesting a Land Use Variance of Seattle Land Use Code, Chapter 23 of Seattle Municipal Code 23.40.002, 23.42.010, 23.42.020, 23.44.002, 23.44.008, 23.54.030 and 23.90.002. SDCI provided a notice of violation, Case No 1057233-VI related to a sight triangle. I am requesting a variance to maintain the existing fence that meets all height requirements in Seattle SDCI Tip Sheet #312 on the north side of property along the driveway.
