To remodel an existing house and add two modular buildings on site for use by Villa Comunitaria, Duwamish River Community Coalition, and Duwamish Valley Youth Corp.
The initial phase of the project will include the remodel of an existing house and addition of two modular buildings on the adjacent parcel. Site improvements at this initial phase include a parking lot with stormwater facilities and utility connections.
The modular buildings will remain on the site for five years while the stakeholder coalition organizes fundraising.
The subsequent phase will include the demolition of the existing house and removal of the modular buildings. This future design will be a 2-3 story multipurpose community services building, with a 3,000sf multipurpose room, and smaller parking lot.
