Jan. 17, 2025: I own two adjacent lots, which were originally a single SF5000 lot until they were subdivided in 1990. On one of these lots stands a very old house that is non-compliant with modern codes, including property setback requirements. The condition of the house necessitates replacement, and the current lot sizes do not provide sufficient space to construct a new dwelling that complies with current codes. I am requesting the removal of the subdivision to restore the original lot configuration, enabling the construction of a code-compliant dwelling.
