Feb. 8, 2025: Proposed new single-family residence and new detached single-car garage with studio DADU above the garage. Existing single-family residence and existing detached garage to be demolished. See proposed site plan and calculations on Sheet A0.1 for more information on lot coverage and associated calculations.
Shoring will be required along the west side of the house at the foundation; no shoring will be required at the east side with a property-line (L-shaped) footing +/- 4' back from the alley edge (a 1:1 cut slope can be achieved given the proposed footing depth).
