March 13, 2025: I am in the process of segregating Lots 16 & 17 in the Rainier Addition. Doing so requires the removal of an existing wooden shed/garage which straddles the property boundary between the two lots. After demolishing and removing this structure, I propose creating a medium-size parking spot in the rear of Lot 16, which will be accessed via the shared driveway. An flagstone terrace (at grade) will be extended to meet the eastern edge of the concrete pad under the garage. The approximate size of the new paving is 70 sq. ft. In addition, a mobile staircase that is currently on the west side of the rear deck (resting on the driveway) will be relocated on the north side and the north edge of the deck will be slightly reconfigured to do this. ***PLAN REVIEW REQUIRED***
