The development without permit triggered a notice of violation (SDCI Case #1034287). Shed 10 (32' by 32') and Shed 11(40' by 48") are used to contain the equipment and parts for repair of marine parts for vessel
repair and have a solid floor, while Shed 12 has an open floor to the water to allow repair of vessel while moored at the shed. Applicant received a master use permit from SDCI for project number 3023457-LU and seeks a pre-application meeting to move forward with the project.
