May 23, 2025: Would like to alter existing side by side duplex which spans over two separate tax parcels, building lots, into one 670sq ft single family residence on one of the lots, by removing the south unit, 3843 at the center wall and retaining the north unit 3841 as a single-family house on its own tax parcel. Side yard setback maybe 6 inches into the south 5ft side yard setback? Would like to remodel and make non substantial updates alterations to the remaining 3841 house.
