June 19, 2025: The project includes interior renovations to the existing shell warehouse building to convert the building to a product sortation and delivery service. The interior improvements include creating additional office space, refrigeration storage for groceries, a pharmacy preparation area, high pile storage racking.

Exterior site improvements mainly include restriping the existing truck dock area to include 166 delivery van stalls to the northeast of the existing building. The truck docks in the southeast corner of the building will remain and striping for a truck turnaround will be provided. The existing vehicular parking lot along the west side of the building will remain in place with some additional signage and speed bumps installed. No changes to utilities (water or sewer) or drainage are proposed at this time.
