PROJECT GOALS
A. Demolish existing warehouse structure, the CFS building, and above grade
infrastructure in preparation for the redevelopment of the Terminal 5 Container
Yard Expansion.
B. Deliver 6 acres of pavement per requirements.
C. Ensure all below grade vaults, lids, and Longfellow Creek pipe are rated for loading conditions per Civil Design Criteria.
D. Provide 90-foot access between existing terminal and expanded area.
E. Installation of new utilities to support the new facility per requirements.
F. Installation of new fencing.
G. Construction shall have minimal impacts to cargo operations and any impacts
shall be coordinated with Port of Seattle Construction Management and
terminal operator with at least 14 days advance notification.
