Sept. 6, 2025: My perfectly flat, rectangular lot is 20' wide and 127' deep.
I now want to do Unit Lot Subdivision to create three fee simple lots. On each lot I want to put a SFR structure whose footprint is 10' X 30', 3 stories approximately 32' high with a total living space of ~900 square feet per structure. I will have 5' side setbacks, 10' rear setback and 17' front setback.
I have a 1943 deed showing the lot in its current size and shape, proving it is a 'historic lot'.
I want to retain the two large, mature cedar trees at the front of the property. To do so I intend to have no off street parking and no vehicular driveway or access. Rather, I will put a 5' wide pedestrian only path along the north property line.
