Oct. 3, 2025: NOV 1054380 Homeowner is responding to the notice of violation to correct a problem created by the original builder who built a deck and landscape walls without permit in the steep slope buffer area. The builder sold property w/o SDCI approval for the deck. Requesting relief &/or exemption to remove the deck, restoration of grade as required and rebuild back door decks & exits from the homes. We have also provided a current Geotech report for reference.
