Dec. 5, 2025: I'm requesting approval for a non-standard driveway and curb cut to allow one off-street parking space for a single-family home on a 2,500 sq ft lot. The existing property does not currently have a driveway. I am seeking a variance from front yard and driveway dimensional standards due to lot constraints and proximity to an existing utility pole.
