March 7, 2026: Due to a landslide, the site will be stabilized with a heavy retaining wall at the base of the slope. The type of wall will be dependent on the geotechnical investigation but it is anticipated that it will be a soldier pile wall with tiebacks. Additional lighter walls will be constructed upslope to protect the rest of the property. An existing drainage system has been found to be blocked and will be replaced with an above grade HDPE pipe. PASV/PAR already done under 000742-26PA.
