April 3, 2026: Upland from the AGC marina would be an Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) used solely by a prime customer leasing multiple slips at the marina. Product line that would feed the hose stand/reel would be secured on retaining wall just above existing electrical conduit. Hose stand and reel are proposed to be within a lockable existing fenced in area below the access ramp. Existing fenced area above the shoreline is where the AST will be placed, it is outside of all required setbacks for a double wall AST; and existing asphalt will be cut out/removed with tank manufacturers specified footing plan.
