April 17, 2026: This project consists of a renovation and addition to the landmarked Evans Pool building after demolition of the existing non-landmarked community center and fieldhouse. A separate community center structure will be built in the open field space to the north east on the same parcel. Sitework will consist of a new playground located next to the community center, accessibility and EV infrastructure upgrades to the existing parking lot, stormwater detention features, utility work, and landscaping.
