April 26, 2026: A professional land survey revealed the property line in our back yard is actually on what we though was our neighbor's property. There are structures belonging to the neighbor on our property and due to a retainment wall in a slide area, we cannot use the land. We would like to adjust the property line along the natural division between our house and our neighbor's house. We would like to adjust/shift the property boundary on the other side of our home so we are not losing property square footage.
