3802 E TERRACE ST

May 6, 2026: My client owns 3802 and 3804 East Terrace Street. We plan to submit an application for an attached garage to 3802 per our paid coaching session 7/22/25. We need a BLA to meet lot coverage. We would like to add approximately 200sf TO 3802 FROM 3804. This will still result in 3804 being a buildable 5000sf lot even with the ECAs are subtracted from the lot size. The answers below about making changes to the building: I will put NO we are not making changes because those changes are not part of the BLA. We plan on submitting an STFI for the 1 story garage once we have the BLA. I do believe I need a MUP so I'm marking that one YES.
