May 7, 2026: We'd like to build a driveway in our front yard to park a car and charge an EV. This will require a curb cut. There is an ECA in the back of the house, but this project won't be on it. We have a small garage in the back of the house, but it's too small to fit many kinds of cars. It's also very dangerous to walk down the hill to reach the garage. We tried to get stairs built, but we couldn't get approval.
