King County Wastewater Treatment Division is proposing an in-kind roof replacement for an existing pump station. King County WTD will demo the existing roof system and replace with built-up roofing, including but not limited to the insulation system, equipment curb flashing, pipe penetration flashing, coping, drain extensions, fall arrest roof anchors, and gutter system. Remove and reinstall existing rooftop fans and vents to facilitate demolition and installation of roofing system and extend conduit as necessary to accommodate new roof height.
