The scope of work is a landscape project located in the front yard and rear yard areas.
The front yard scope is located over 65' from the ECA buffer and includes work in the right of way including a curb cut, driveway apron, replacement of an existing 6' ht fence and replacement of broken concrete public sidewalk. Work on the property in the front yard includes
replacement and reconfiguration of existing pavers to provide a functional 9' x16' designated parking space, installation of an EV charger, installation of a gravel and stone walk to the front entry, repair and replacement of an existing retaining wall with ht varying from 6" to 24, and planting.
The scope of work in the backyard includes replacement of a slippery decaying brick walkway, gravel patio and broken concrete steps with a gravel walkway and stone steps and addition of handrails. Also included is the removal of an ivy covered rat infested small open air pergola, restoration of an existing water feature, native planting and landscape lighting and possibly an above ground hot tub.
