May 20, 2026: Project is subdivision to divide land necessary for the phased construction of three structures for business support services use, which is an industrial use per SMC 23.50A.040, Table A (subcategory of a sales and service, heavy use). The project totals approximately 266,000 to 320,000 SF of business support use for the storage and delivery of information. Demolition will remove existing pavement and building slab/foundation of the previously demolished building. Site access will be from both Colorado Ave S and 1st Ave S at the north end of the property.
