The proposal includes demolition of the existing house, reuse of the existing vehicle access from Renton Ave S, a new internal driveway / fire access lane, associated grading and drainage improvements, and unit lot subdivision. The site has a mapped steep slope / ECA condition along the west side, and the main issues needing preliminary City feedback on are site feasibility, fire access and dead-end length, steep slope / ECA constraints, stormwater approach, utility / hydrant considerations, frontage improvement requirements, and whether the current concept layout appears generally supportable.
