Remodel existing detached garage to build 2.5 story, 2 bed, 1.5 bath DADU with attached ground floor, 1 story, studio bed , 1 bath ADU.
A side yard setback variance is requested as existing garage is within the North Lot Boundary setback limits, (less than the required 5ft). Firewalls are proposed to mitigate setback variance - see drawings).
DADU will be used for multigenerational family purposes. ADU will be used for income generation.
