I am writing to formally request a Land Use Permit to authorize outdoor dining on private property. The proposed area consists of a concrete pad that has previously held zoning approval for outdoor dining use.

We have already submitted the appropriate applications for the adjacent public space to OUTDOOR DINNING. However, we now require a Land Use Permit from your department specifically for the portion of the dining area located within our private property boundaries. Please advise on the filing requirements, fees, and timelines associated with this permit.
