Oct. 28, 2026: I need repair work on my backyard deck. The existing framing and joists are pressure-treated and should be reusable, but the deck boards need to be replaced. The framing also requires some leveling to ensure a stable, even surface before installing the new boards. Including a small project waiver per SMC 25.09.090. if needed.
