We intend to separate two existing, contiguous parcels, 3085002065 and 3085002085, into three distinct parcels resulting in two development parcels and one parcel retained for the light rail tunnel portal and guideway. Sound Transit owns both existing parcels, which are adjacent to Mount Baker Station.
